  1. Pat chicken breasts dry. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon zest and juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken and coat well. Marinate at least 15 minutes (up to overnight in the fridge for more flavor).
  2. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Oil the grates. Grill chicken 5-7 minutes per side, or until deeply golden and cooked through (internal temp 165°F). Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
