  3. Pat salmon fillets dry. Brush with remaining olive oil and season with 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, remaining lemon zest, and half the lemon juice. Place salmon skin-side down on the other side of the baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 12-15 minutes, until salmon flakes easily and broccoli is crisp-tender and browned at the edges.
  5. Meanwhile, make the walnut gremolata: In a small bowl, combine parsley, walnuts, garlic, and remaining lemon juice. Stir to mix well.
