Add the lemon juice, orange juice, honey/agave, almond milk, Greek yogurt, both protein powders, orange blossom water (or extract), and absinthe/anise extract (if using) into a blender.
Add the ice cubes. Blend on high until completely smooth and frothy, about 1 minute.
Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey/agave if desired.
Pour into two chilled highball glasses. Swirl a little orange zest on top for a fresh citrus aroma.
