  2. Slice the chicken breast into thin strips for faster cooking.
  3. In a bowl, toss chicken with 1/2 tbsp olive oil, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  4. Toss broccoli, bell pepper, and onion with remaining olive oil.
  5. Add chicken strips to one side of the hot griddle. Sear for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
