  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and pepper, and beat until well mixed.
  2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the butter or oil.
  3. Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet and gently scramble until just set. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  4. Slice the hotdogs into coins or halve lengthwise. Add to the skillet and cook until browned and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the thawed, diced chicken to the skillet just to warm through, about 1 minute.
