If using raw cashews, soak them in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain.
Add bananas, peanuts, soaked and drained cashews, dates, spinach, and cinnamon to a high-powered blender.
Pour in the almond milk and add ice cubes.
If using, open the probiotic capsule and add the contents, or add probiotic powder.
Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes. Scrape down sides as needed.
Taste and adjust for sweetness or thickness by adding more dates or almond milk.
Pour into two large glasses. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a few chopped peanuts if desired. Serve immediately.
