Ingredients
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble; set aside. Reserve 1 tablespoon of bacon fat in the skillet.
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In the same skillet, sear chicken on both sides until golden (about 3-4 minutes per side). Remove from skillet and cut into bite-sized cubes.
Add broccoli florets to the skillet and sauté in bacon fat for 2-3 minutes until just bright green. Remove from heat.
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, heavy cream, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until smooth.
Add cubed chicken, sautéed broccoli, half the crumbled bacon, and half the cheddar cheese to the bowl. Toss everything together to coat evenly.
Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
Bake uncovered for 18-22 minutes, until bubbly and cheese is melted. Let rest 5 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with chopped chives or parsley.
